Weekend Backpack Program

We offer a program called the 'Weekend Backpack Program" that was started by several community members who wanted to launch a program to assist local families in need at Lafayette Elementary School. Through donations we are able to provide a bag with some supplemental meals and snacks for the kids to get them through the weekend. These bags go home with students IN THE PROGRAM each week on Friday afternoons.

If you would like to donate to this program, please make checks payable to Lafayette Regional School and write ‘Weekend Backpacks’ in the memo. Donations to this program can also benefit students in need of snacks during the school day on a regular basis.
